Return and refund policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for orders placed with Elevate8.

Returns

You can ask to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with their tags and original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will tell you how and where to send the item. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

You pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem, so we can make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will tell you whether it can still be cancelled.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will tell you whether your refund is approved.

If you paid cash on delivery, we will arrange your refund with you directly.
